About Stephanie Queen
As a kink and alternative life coach, I help new and experienced members of alternative communities to create safe, thrilling and quality interactions. With an emphasis on self-love and self-acceptance, my focus is getting my clients crystal clear on exactly who they are, what they want and how they will get it.
A little bit about my personal journey: I have been drawn to alternative and kink communities for as long as I can remember. I officially identify as a pansexual, poly-intimate person who is on a lifelong journey toward robust self-acceptance. I am active in the polyamorous, BDSM and kink communities.
Why did I found Queen Coaching? Because we need it! Our communities need a safe, non-judgmental zone where anyone interested in kink and alternative lives and activities can come to explore their interests, discover their boundaries, learn how to communicate their desires and create high-quality connections. We need a place where members of our communities can learn, practice and live self-acceptance. That’s what Queen Coaching offers.
I am a certified professional life coach from the world-class Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). Before founding Queen Coaching I worked for twenty years as a physical therapist. I have a Bachelors of Art in Psychology and a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Colorado at Boulder, as well as a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from Columbia University.
I started reading at two-years-old and haven’t stopped since. Born in Norfolk, VA and raised in both Colorado and California, I headed to NYC in 1991 and have never looked back. In my spare time I enjoy knitting, singing and studying forms of vibrational medicine such as Emotional Freedom Technique and Reconnective Healing. I am an active member of Open Love NY, DomSubFriends and The Eulenspiegel Society.
